The Ballard Loft was a project that truly encompassed a consistent design issue that many of my clients face. How do you take a large, open space and have it serve multiple functions? I carefully created nooks and moments in this space in an airy, neutral palette that brought function and style to this wide-open space–providing space for work and entertainment.
